Why is the Congressman playing the victim? He's a US Congressman. If he thinks they have not been forthcoming, he has a great deal of tools at his disposal to investigate this. Don't cry to newspapers, start having your subcommittee issue subpoenas.


By the way, "withholding" might not be an accurate word. "Not releasing them as in as timely a fashion as they need to" might be more accurate.
