I put an order in on wayland for some Feldherr stuff awhile back, went through the usual "actually it's not in stock, and we don't know when it will be" nonsense and ended up pushing for a refund. This was about 3 months back, and last I checked they still haven't done a restock on them.

As I've said, I don't mind waiting a couple of weeks for goods to arrive, it's when you order stuff after they say it's in stock, only to discover they never had it in the first place

I've done two experiments recently, chaos cards and Webster Wargames.
Chaos Cards seems a good place for X-wing at least. - Got some Batman things there too.
I'm needing to go into town to pick up my Webster order tomorrow though. - Royal Mail screwed up and only redelivered one of my orders today.
As for Wayland, I'd still use them, but under certain rules.
1) Never order anything time sensitive. And by that, I mean, plan for several weeks for orders.
2) Never do a preorder for multiple things released by different companies, or at slightly different times at once.
3) Never combine a pre-order and normal order. - Your normal order might end up holding up your pre-order, due to stock not being allocated. Ditto for any 'available to orders.'
4) Never order anything that has less than 3 items in stock remaining, just to be sure.
5) Don't delete your order confirmations / order list until after the product arrives. You may need proof if, for example, they send you the wrong paint shade.
6) You can have a catch 22 with emails VS phone calls. Emails provide paper trails, which is good. Phone calls are more likely to get stuff done. - Just hope it's the right stuff.
7) Always use a credit card as opposed to a debit card.
i ordered a kahdor armybox with wayland games and i am waiting for 2 monthes now every time they say in two weeks or one week or at the end of the week. they place the fault at the supplier but what can i do next?
i live in holland and paid by bank transfer so no refund possibilities i am familiar with the law as i am a law student. what else can i do?

Just cancel the order and they're obliged to refund the money, paying bay bank transfer (which I'm not sure is even an option, perhaps things have got muddled up?) doesn't preclude you changing your mind and getting your cash back.
