Except it doesn't. The implication in the old Armageddon article is that the scouts haven't undergone all the possession/exorcism nastiness, thus they keep a crapton on hand because they know their conversion % from scout to marine is incredibly low.

"The Exorcists diverge significantly from other Chapters in their organization. They maintain two additional Scout companies for additional neophytes and an expanded Apothecarion. The Chapter diverges more at the Company level also from a normal codex chapter. "

3 Scout companies. They also attach 3-4 scout squads per Battle Company.

I'd say they fit the bill...
