I have some I believe 2nd ed Devistators actually. Had them sealed in the cellophane and everything but have them all assembled and stuff. Not painted yet, so I really need to get around to that.

Shadowrun is the best game ever. It's the only thing I have ever played in which I have jumped out of a shot out van with a chainsaw to cut a flying drone in half before leveling a building with ANFO assisted by a troll, a dwarf, an elf, and a wizard.

My oldest models are a 2nd edition plastic Beaky (first I ever painted), and a 2nd edition plastic ork (from the boxed set). Got them both as a gift from the friend who got me into the hobby way back in the day. I've also got three man-o-war longships somewhere in my shelves and boxes. I remember saving up paperboy money to buy those from the local book store (with its tiny gaming section). Good times!

Probably this Fiend Factory Great Fire Dragon. I think this is 1979-1982 version. It was later retooled with different features.

I have his original wings, just preferred these.

I think this might be the oldest posted with a definable date, but "Gangrel" could utterly wreck me on this one, as he's got some Asgard Minis from around the time they released, and quite likely earlier.
I'll see if I can tag him in on a non-busy day.

I've actually got quite a lot of minis from the 80s, and loads from the 90s, especially space marines and squats. My very oldest are probably lead historicals, god knows what decade they are from. But those aside, I have some D&D figures which are probably early 80s.

Man I love those old models, i had alot of late 90's models but many of them has been left at friends houses that I'm not in touch with anymore :(

Love the nostalgia old minis brings.

The oldest models i have home right now are the ugly old space marines all having the same pose, a handful of old metal cadian models, the first plastic chaos warriors kit that came out and some really old rogue trader guardsmen.

I have a 1988 or so metal space marine.
I have a pile of stuff from 1992 or so. 40k AND WHFB HE.

I still have my 1990 eldar stuff (WD127 days) the aspects, the warlocks, too.

Haven't played in a few years now.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Spoiler:

It's from 1994 and I got it off of eBay for a really good price last year.

If you build that kit, you gotta show us how it looks! I love that show and have been watching it on Netflix (no spoilers please, I'm only through season 1).
It's on my (very long) list of things to build. I'll probably end up lighting it too so it looks like it did on the show.

That show is what really got me interested in science fiction.

The oldest one I have access to in my Dakka Gallery is probably this Adeptus Mechanicus Squat from 1989:

I also have some of the RT era 30-for-30 marines (beakies) and space ork nobles (massive spike shoulder pad FTW)

I think that this is the oldest model 'sculpt' that I purchased brand new from a GW store back when I first started out:

Classic Chaos Space Marine Rhino

(Still one of my favourites, and all four exhaust pipes are still intact!)

I think that this is one of the oldest that I have brought more recently:

Greatfire Dragon

(The story on the back of the box is what made me hunt it down).
