they have some of the dirtiest and trickiest gitz around, especially when the rest of the galaxy almost always expects the basic ork green tide, it makes it all the more sweeter when they realize too late the threat of ork tactics
also, they automatically become the trickiest because they cannot be tricked . those eldar/dark eldar may think they tricked the orkz to their own ends but da boss just says that was his plan all along (and if any smart squig of a git says otherwise they dont last long under da boss's klaw), the orks can never be tricked because they are completely content fighting whoever or whatever is in their way (even other orks ), and all this fighting only makes da oks stronger and meaner, resulting in the inevitable doom of everything once the final great waaagh starts...... WAAAAAAGH!

some evidence of my claims....i guess
1. if orks believe something works then it is true, thats why red ones go fasta, thats why orks can never be tricked, they just believe the da boss who says it was his plan all along.
2. orks are so tricky/unpredictable that the necron lord imotekh cannot role to seize against them (at least thats how i understand how that rule works). necrons are so advanced they can predict every race, including Deldar/eldar, except orks
