RAW you're right.
What you're missing is that,
RAW, it lacks the ability to
purchase a regular drop pod. So sort of like how a tactical squad can fit into a land raider, but can't purchase one as a dedicate transport.

Against
MSU maybe not so good. Against an
mc or gmc then you have something. The Severing Cut rule is just about the only rule that gets around eternal warrior. In 30k this thing is a primarch killer.
