I love a bar and gaming. My local game store has a bar and I love it. They have the normal microwave and vending machine snacks. For food however they contract with various food trucks to get a variety, so depending on the day they'll be different food trucks in the parking lot.

The two clubs I play at have bars.
One even has a bistro (restaurant) but they allow us to take food and drinks to our gaming room - provided we bring the plates/glasses back and leave the room in a clean state.
The other one is on the main street for my area with no shortage of food venues available ("if you can't find something to eat here, you aren't trying.") from vegetarian to full on carnivore.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

A lot of the independents here sell food as a way to supplement their income Mostly, snack type stuff, like pop, chips, slurpees, etc. One has a McDonalds next door. Of course some food is more wargaming or CCG-safe than others!

I think booze may cause problems and also your insurance will go thru the roof. This from a former Bar manager.it cause alot of headaches and you will have damages dealing with drunks. A Coffee bar i think would go over well, like the little Starbucks set up and for food maybe a small deli,Bakery or a limited concession stand would be ok.Like everyone else i would be worried about the kids getting their greasy, cheesy fingers on the books.
GOod idea though Good luck.

Well it seems greasy foods are getting a lot of hare, which I understand, potato chips have been mentioned a few times and things like: fries, cheese steaks, loaded potato skins etc. come to mind when I hear "greasy foods". However, I am sure the list is longer than that. So but I am curious what "greasy" foods people would want to avoid.

Thing is, with many of those things you listed, there are ways of making them, that taste good, but aren't exactly greasy. That may drive up costs however.
As far as greasy foods to avoid, I'd say anything that cannot really be eaten without getting grease on you in some way. For instance, the majority of commercially available pizza, particularly of the pepperoni variety. Nachos aren't "greasy" per se, but that cheese gets on the fingers and doesn't come off easily.
Mozzarella sticks can be good, however if the breaded "shell" breaks while cooking, there is a bit of grease involved in that as well. Fish and Chips tend to be on the lighter side, IME.
