Canoptek Harvest is strong and adds a lot of versatility to your list, I'd highly recommend it. Also, since you want the focus to be on your Destroyer Cult, that Spyder is going to draw a lot of firepower that would otherwise be directed at your Destroyer Lord, and the Wraiths will typically draw the small-arms fire that would otherwise go into your Destroyers. You also have boots on the ground if you want to Deep Strike your Cult in. And you've got options for your Destroyer Lord to grant Preferred Enemy to (Wraiths LOVE Preferred Enemy).

If you're not playing an assulty army, don't waste your points on making your Destroyer Lord the only assaulty unit in your army...doomed to failure.

Keep him bare bones, maybe with a Res Orb, stick him with a big blob of Warriors, and watch the PE rolls pile up.

How is that doomed to fail? He can JSJ from different pieces of terrain and be able to to attack what's necessary.

This would be like a Wraith Cult and a Destroyer Cult. Thoughts?

Well, canon-wise, anything Canoptek typically isn't sentient, so I don't know if "cult" would be the right word for the Wraith one...
Howwwwever, there was that one tomb world where its monitoring control system developed a glitch where it became self aware (A.I.), decided to wipe the minds of all its sleeping Necrons and turned them into nothing more than autonomous drones under its control... such a tomb world's Canopteks would no doubt be in higher use, and the controlling A.I. may even decide it wants to run around in a customized one, much like Ultron did in Avengers, or similar to how Mass Effect's Harbinger would assume direct control over certain Collectors.

I'm using the old fluff where Wraiths were necrons, not Canoptek constructs.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.
