Near mint (box was a bit squished) copy of Adeptus Titanicus that was not only still had all its cards unpunched and titans still on the sprue it even had an *extra* Titan still on the sprue.. for £26 including P&P, at the time the going rate for a used copy with badly painted Titans was going or three times that.

I got a stompa for 20 bucks on craigslist. From the same guy I got a BW, 60 boys, 15 lootas and a warboss for 100

I got a crapton of Khorne daemons (20 Bloodletters, DP, 6 Juggernauts, 2 Blood Thrones, old school battleforce, codex) for a few hundred. Basically, two of the boxes were free. These were all new in box, on sprue.

Also got about 100 assembled orks for around $150. Bulk purchases are the way to go.

Best deal ever.

Bought four boxes of 10-men GK Strike Squad for the price of one. Made a full Purifier army with that.

The best deals I get are buying units from starter boxes, like 5 DA Terminators for $15.

I am more of a Seller on eBay, than a buyer, though. I can never figure out what a "good" price is on stuff because of how much I want for the item. I want to get at least 75% of what I originally paid for it, before spending time painting it for sale. Not to brag, but my stuff is in superb condition, just check the site in my sig below.

Unfortunately, most people on eBay want to get stuff for around 25% of its retail cost. I don't think they realize how much eBay and paypal take out once the final price is determined. Shipping too, since I offer free shipping to entice buyers, I have to pay the shipping.

I'm like "C'mon, I asseblemed, often magnetized, and painted it for you, you should pay MORE than what it's worth, not less!" But I enjoy the hobby part, so as long as I gat around 70% of retail, I am happy

If you have a little more patience you can do better than than that. I've gotten unprimed regular DA terminators for around that price.

and a ton of bits on Ebay for 160 USD

I snatched up 2 new on sprue predator kits for 10% less than the price of one because the boxes were damaged. The kits themselves were undamaged and complete.

I also got the DA half of dark vengence(just the models, no rulebook, templates, ect) for $30 CAD.

I got a deal for a friend who plays necrons for what added up to just under $2000 in models plus the old large carry case for $600 once. More than half new in box, what wasn't was well assembled and just black base coat.

I don't tend to shop on ebay or other sell sites (like kijiji or the like) too often because I try and support my local stores and the aforementioned issue of people over valuing the paint the slopped on that only adds to my job of stripping. But I do keep an eye on these sources for when unmissable deals come up.
