Tough one really. The two batrep channels that I currently enjoy watching on youtube are strikingscorpion82 and tabletoptactics, both of which have different styles - one the long one with more cinematics and filming of models and the other being shorter and focusing more on the turns and dice rolling.

Both of which are excellent in their own way. For me personally, I think some kind of middle ground between the two types would be a winner.

I think frontline gaming is my favourite so far, all they're missing is a victory point overlay, and they could speed up their play a little, but everything else is great.

Maybe a speed chess style of 40k trying to play a full game in one hour that's shared by both players?

I'll pluck you like a flower.

I prefer the turn by turn recap types. I think its easier to do, but it also gives those watching the essential information without boring you with a lot of extra lame attempts at humor. The occasional rules issue or dispute is cut out by default and you can give it cursory explanation when needed but it otherwise doesn't distract.

Overall I just like the shorter ones.

One thing though. A good camera is a must. i bought a new Galaxy mostly for its awesome camera. if you dont have an actual video camera thats worth a darn and happen to need a new phone anyways as i did, its a really nice second tier option. Battery life is a DEFINITE issue with the Galaxy though so be aware...

One question i'd be interested in knowing is whether people like the more panoramic view of a game or the more intimate close in shots.
