Sad news indeed.

If Christopher Walken or David Attenborough are next I don't think I can make it through to February.

Real sad news. He just seemed like one of those people you couldn't imagine dying.
2016 really isn't looking good.

Ah hell, another good movie he was in. Really bringing me down.

Why would you even say something like that?

We need a mod ruling, is tempting fate a banworthy offense?

Grim news indeed. When I was 6 and saw Die Hard in the theater (WTF was my mom thinking? ) I was mesmerized by Rickman's performance. Then as the Sheriff of Nottingham, and ultimately as Professor Snape, Rickman was brilliant and cranked the quality of any scene he was in up to 11.

I'll be watching Dogma in his honor tonight. Or Die Hard if I can find someplace to stream it.

I will also be screening Dogma. Watched the first three Die Hards over the Christmas holiday one day too.

Truly a pity. He was a brilliant actor.

Dang, so far 2016 is not a good year if you are a celebrity. R.I.P Alan Rickman.

I'll have to find a way to watch Die Hard, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, GalaxyQuest, The Hitchhiker's Guide, and Quigley Down Under at some point.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700
Check out my P&M Blogs: ZergSmasher's P&M Blog | Imperial Knights blog | Board Games blog | Total models painted in 2024: 40 | Total models painted in 2025: 25 | Current main painting project: Tomb Kings

The clip doesn't say as much, but evidently this was Alan Rickman's idea.
