Once again, AoS will not happen to 40k. 40k is making money, Fantasy was making 64 pence for every pound they put into it. The new business model was using AoS to get new younger players playing a cheap intro game with easy to learn rules which whets their appitites and gets them into a more complicated 40k. They will not be screwing up their main source of income by making it a stupidly dumbed down game and pissing off their player base. They have a business plan that's 3-5 years out and they do not change it based on yearly trends. AoS is pretty much a failure, I am not sure on the current costs/profit on it but I suspect it will be better than before simply due to the lack of production models but I don't think it will be stellar either.
