Life usually determines my breaks. IE, exams, essays/assignments or work. So far I haven't voluntarily taken a break from warhammer yet, if anything I'm kinda overwhelmed with the free time I have now that I'm done uni and only have a part time job.

I missed most of 4th and about half of 5th edition. I was probably around 14-15 when my friends and I got really into d&d. Any free time on weekends was pretty much devoted to that for a long while, and I only started to get back into 40k about halfway through 5th. Of the 5 of us that had began playing 40k, there's really only 2 of us left, the others having moved on to other things.

Currently taking a break now actually. I still hunt new armies and fan rules as usual, but due to a tighter schedule, I really don't have much time to fit a game in.

Might give it another shot some other time though.
