Krooza over at The-Waaagh.com offered me some very good advice - the boss was too high off the ground to even look like he could put his feet down. He was a little too high off the ground. I hacked off the seat and the areas that his legs cover (as much as I hate to get rid of that vent work) so I could lower him a bit and it looks better. I think he's low enough as is - I don't want to completely reconstruct the back end

Also, I hacked some of the end of the seat off. I'm not sure why, it just looked too long. And now it looks a little stubby. I'll find a balance at some point. I'm just thinking if I put a grot back there I want him to be crowded off the seat and dangerously close to the wheel.

I'll resculpt a new seat cushion on that's a lot thinner since there's plenty of space between his legs for it. I'm considering making the saddle furry, actually. I don't know if that would be silly looking or not.

I'm sorry your stuff was stolen.  You had done a lot of work on the original design and it is a shame that it was for nothing.

On the plus side this new bike looks even better than the first one.  Kudos to you and keep up the great work!
