Eh....what?! Innocent until proven guilty is "set-up against the victim"? So in your opinion, in such a case, it should be up to the accused to prove that he's innocent?


I think you might want to read entire posts before responding, because the rest of the post was essentially "this sucks, but due process still applies".

Using devil's advocate doesn't prove a point, it's used to weaken a point. You cannot prove a (false) statement by saying "Meh, the other side is not better anyway.". the statement remains false in that case. The system is not set-up against anyone as it's the same for everyone. Either elaborate on how it's set-up or let the statement vanish into the nothingness of falsehood.
