It's actually really easy to use, but to pass what I learned from my first time using it - don't pour it on too thick (it won't cure clear all the way through) do it in layers, and I swear that gak is actually runnier than real water, so if there's any scope for it to escape, check, double check, and triple check whatever you've got to hold it in place is totally, completely liquid proof.

Wow, this is a wonderful scheme. I am also one of those guys that is struggling to find the right paint scheme for my hive fleet. Oftentimes I feel that the colors come off too flat and regimented. But yours really pops and (echoing everyone else in this thread) looks quite organic. Great job
