I find that as a Tyranids and Dark Angels player, I am always tempted to start a CSM or Orks army for the simple reason that converting is so much easier. You don't have to worry about looking "heretical" or, in the case of the Tyranids, no mechanical parts to use.

I think both those armies cry out to the modeler in all of us. I’ve resisted the sirens call of plasticard trucks and greenstuffed mutations, but they would make such an awesome counterpart to my by-the-book Ultramarines.

I converted a Zoanthrope for my Nids, but the Dark Angels just don't settle well with kit ashes and conversions.
