Personally I like how the Crucio does the job of say 12 different Imperial tanks rolled into one. But Blizzard isn't trying to sell model kits, of course.

And I agree, the reason we came up with the at the resolution of assault, or "initiative 0" was to let the stimmed fellows get the negative consequences. So a whole squad of 10 at a net 100 HP less, with 1 sitmming, that is enough HP for 1 or 2 guys if concentrated, and means incoming damage might be a bit more lethal if it did 36 out of 45 damage, because you only have 35 left, something you would have survived, you now die to.
