How many aspect warriors or general 3plus armour saves does he have roughly?

I used to always run oblits in small point games, and never regretted it. Even if it is just one deep striking in, easy damage to wave serpent and more importantly a massive distraction for the rest of your units to get better range and positioning. I think a couple of them is worth the monetary investment, and I agree on belakor--hes kind of a bamf.

He usually runs a squad of guardians in the Waveserpent. Overall, he has too few 3+ armour saves for it to be worth me to take any Rubric Marines. I think his windriders are the only ones.
