Most FW units are fine. But these "can I bring this in a formation and still use the bonuses" questions are most often obvious min max attempts. Its always loth that they want to include in a librarius conclave but I have jet to see a single question about allowing Ahazra.

And this is why the answer is and will always be a hard NO! in my opinion.

Stretching the rules to bring a cool model with fluffy rules in a formation is cool, stretching the rules in order to min max more is an abysmally bad idea no matter the gaming system.
