It still lets him reroll 1s to wound. Ergo it needs to be calculated.
Quite right, my mistake same result though, If Dante manages to break away with Hit and Run he will kill him and run away with 1.7 wounds left.

He is t4, so usually you would be right. Fortunately, he has Eternal Warrior so no Instant Death Also, it's AP3 and Dante has artificer armour so it would be risky to attack him with the talon even if he didn't have EW
