Alpha Legion is #1, then I'd say Night Lords.

Actually, no. Legion stated it was the Alpha Legion, though that is pre-Heresy. Post, I believe it's also Alpha Legion, looking up that Index Astartes article now.

Edit - Checked both Index Astartes articles, which ranked Night Lords purest post-Heresy

Thousand Sons. The rubric of Ahriman made corruption literally impossible for their legionaries and sorcerors (GW kinda forgot with their new sorceror models, though)

Second place would be Night Lords or Iron Warriors.

They don't do anything for corrupt reasons but they do create blood for the Blood God.

For a safe bet, Night Lords, mainly because they don't really have much of a care for chaos and prefer to follow their own agenda.

However, there is so much unknown about the Alpha Legion as to whether or not they truly are Traitor. You have Omegon and Alpharius, maybe one went traitor and the other
went loyalist?

I mean, you have an Alpha Legion Space Marine under the employment of an Imperial Inquisitor (Gregor Eisenhorn)!

Dark Angels. They are still somewhat sorta kinda tolerated by the Imperium because at least they still bring bolter porn.

Nope even more stable than that. Only the Ultramarines are more pure.
