DP in Inferno Tetra are T6), the latter two might be weaker in taking out your flyer, but they can just go after your ground Marines, with Psychic sherik, or poison AP3 template, AP2 large Blast. Followed by assault to finish off the Marines without any difficulty.
Obviously Tzeentch demons have horribly unbalanced rules and should not be attacked if they get the right combo off. As for your other concerns, Space Marine flyers will almost always get to shoot first against a demon prince, they can attack from angles that are diificult for the demons to respond to, and the flyer formation has easy access to Ignores Cover. Demon princes are tough customers and make good use of a number of poorly-conceived rules, but Space Marine flyers still threaten them.
