After finding more opinion corroborating what Ouze said, I downgraded the graphics card. I also stripped the RAM down to 16gb, as most places seem to think 32 RAM doesn't do much more. I've upgraded to an SSD though. All in all, I've slashed about £200 off the cost too.
Not wanting to get into a AMD vs Intel but why the choice over an Intel Chipset? I've seen more games with issues with AMD then Intel generally, but that might just be anecdotal.
What monitor do you currently have and when do you intend to update it to a 4k version? If you are happy to use your current one for two/three years then the 1070 should be fine as there will be a lot more options of graphics cards in a few years that can more easily cope with 4k.
As others have said if you are just using it for a gaming rig 8GB RAM will be fine and easily upgradable if you buy the largest chips you can get now (note if you do a lot of graphics processing for work/pleasure you might want to increase this though)
SSD is a good choice.
Why do you want an internal wireless and Bluetooth card? What do you use now and why not just use that?
Not sure why you want the sound card? What do you currently use (it's probably still useable and also the motherboard I think comes with a sound option as well). It allows you to cut back on a cost that you don't necessarily need.
Power supply is a might on the low side especially if you want to run multiple HDDs and the SDD. It doesn't really allow for much room to manoeuvre in the future. I'd up the power to maybe 850Wish (also protects against energy intensive graphic card upgrades in the future).
You could possibly save on the costs of the case if your existing one is OK and you are happy to dismantle what you already have?
