I came back to look again (They're just that good), and I have a question:
How do you get the shoulder pad transfers to conform so nicely to the pad? Mine always look iffy.

Haha thank you very much .

I use Microset and microsol on the transfers in order to make them conform. Although the chapter symbols require a little cutting to make them conform to the pad. I just did 4 cuts around the circle. Just be careful not to tear the transfer when youre applying it.
