It's a "starter set", intended for those "starting" their collection, what would you expect to attract new people?

Hopefully we see some other box sets in the future, Tau vs Necrons for example (which they have set up in the new Warhammer Community fluff article)

Unfortunatly I don't believe it has terminators, here is what I think it will be in the set (Very rough estimate).
5 Plague Marines
10 Cultists/zombies
1 Chaos lord
1 Chaos Sorceror
3 Plague Drones

Honestly, anything but Marines. Or if it must be Marines then at least one faction which is not Marines, unlike the past three sets.

Of all the 8th edition rumors, most have come from 1 source, and so far that source is 100% right. There's several other rumors that source has spoken about, and one is the starter. We have had dozens of hints and leaks pointing (confirming?) Extra Large Ultras & Nurgle Marines. The 8th edition announcement reveal is a really good hint.

At this point, any convo on what you want in a starter is mute and wish listing. 8th is poised to be released before the end of June. The starters and other items are stockpiled in a where house ready to go.

we pretty much know dethguard and the numarines / ultramarines.

but if I could have chosen the factions it would be guard vs gene steeler cult or guard vs orks
