Obviously, but the imperial data sheet says heavy 4 and the chaos data sheet says heavy 2. I'm guessing one of the first misprints of this edition.

And it depends how you arm it.
Stormspear rockets, Thermal Cannon, Avenger gatling (and heavy flamer) and meltagun (because what is stubber for?) is nearly 600 points. The battlecannon in place of the thermal cannon will push it even closer to 600.

If you want it stock (default weapons)... it's under 400, but that's an objectively terrible decision.
