Page 108 – Hemlock Wraithfighter
Change the unit description to read:
‘A Hemlock Wraithfighter is a single model equipped with two heavy D-scythes and spirit stones.’

You do pay for the spirit stones.

This is the right way to handle it. Far better than the Imperium 1 FAQ.

The new FAQ changes the items. It is now both.

All the units and wargear, spirit stones etc that were in question have been ERRATED to be in the equipment list.

So the net result is that you must pay for them all.

That they ERRATED the items from abilities to wargear actually sets precendent that abilities will never cost, until a FAQ makes it they are WARGEAR/EQUIPMENT

So both sides got some juice from the decision ....however...as the other side stated....

the NET result is you MUST pay for it.

Actually there is one that they did not errata. The Peerless Ability of the Skyrunner exarch remains an ability and thus is like a free wargear since of course there is not wargear by that name.

So free 4+ invulnerable for that unit as opposed to the others.

Peerless Agility is an Ability, not Wargear, just as it is on Shining Spears - from his Shining Spear training. The others were each clearly a piece of gear.

I think it heavily implies that they were wargear mislabeled. The eratta fixed a mistake, it didn't change the intent.
