Then the God-Emperor will be revealed to have been Alpharius (or Omegon) in disguise all along. And Alpharius (or Omegon) will be revealed to have actually been a manifestation of Gork (or Mork). They've always been saying dey is kunnin'. Pure foreshadowing.
