Close up of 'that' face. So cute. Not sold on the yellow checks. It's the only yellow detail so far. Will decide when ready for weathering if it goes well or not. Might need to add some more yello to make it work.

That is looking fantastic, nice work on the red, and the overall look is brilliant.

Thanks. Pleased with look so far. Once I've finished the symbol on the belly I'm going to weather it. Not sure if I'm using washes like GW ones or oils. Away for a few days so nothing happening for a bit.

Good stuff. I've never pulled the trigger on getting a stompa. But the kit looks great. Though, in the old tradition, I'd go for a belly gun! Looks good in Evil Sunz colours and I like the check on the jaw guard.

Have you thought about that kind of modification?

I want to do thus one pretty much stock just the few little bits you can see. If I do another I would consider changing it but always thought the body of it is kind of twisted in the direction it's travelling so any major reposing might look a bit odd. Arm swaps and a belly gun would be easy enough. Might prefer scratch building one that's totally different instead. All plans for another day. I've got a very shoddy kill tank of eBay that needs a full on rescue to do after this. It's a great kit, especially for the money, some bits lacking the detail of modern kits but the overall scale of it is great and it looks enough like it could work too. Cheers for looking in.

The evil sun is coming on. Face to do. Not 100% happy with the checks but think it'll be ok when weathered and finished. I hope.

Thank you very much. Started oil washes today and am now dealing with the thinners head ache. Wish I hadn't been so cheap and had bought odourless. Will hopefully get it finished tomorrow. Streaks and oiling up the joints are next. Then a bit of rust and dirt.

Got it put together for the first time. Basic washes and streaks done. All glued together so that tomorrow I can do final weathering, dust and muck etc.

Rust looks more stark in flash photography. Not so bad in real life.

Last one for now. I’m pleased to see it in one piece. Like how busy it looks with riggers.

Finished. I think. Decided not to add the banner. It looks wrong behind the shoulder turret.
