Not sure what you mean. Havocs aren't "legacy" options any more than Devastators are, given that they're almost exactly the same unit. It's not like GW refuses to re-release models in plastic, they just replaced the finecast Cryptek.

They didn't really 'replace' the Finecast Cryptek, instead they gave us another Cryptek with different wargear (a Canoptek Cloak instead of a Chronometron).

With the new Chaos Space Marine FAQ giving new and different options to the Chosen entry, I would bet that we'll see a plastic Chosen kit released alongside any new Abaddon release.

Fallen are in the Codex CSM.

I didn't get the Index or C: CSM so I figured I'd ask. We got rules for them with Wrath of the Primarch IIRC but I dunno how they are now.

Fallen have their own datasheet in index chaos and codex chaos space marines. I think the stats/wargear options are identical to chosen, but the fallen special rule is what DA have as their 'chapter tactic.'

Basically, if you're going to make new models, then you might as well make them primaris. The reason being that's what will eventually happen, so the sooner the better for Chaos players.

Or they will just slightly increase the size of the basic CSM, Chosen and Cult Units. You know, like they did with the Death Guard.

That way they can leave the Primaris as Loyalist only, which they absolutely should do for sometime and not just traitor them after being out for a year.

More sales now, and then more sales later.

Think they will include the newer DG and TSon (Exalted and Scarabs) units in the book? Perhaps not Tzaangors and demons but just the marine units?
