Ok guys, had a long period of not being able to do any thing, then started again a while back, basically i have done a complete make over of all the "ware" i had done on the tanks you see above, i deleted or modified most of it to make it look better instead of just brush stroke looking ware. So i have done alot of the 1st stages out of the 2 highlights on all my tanks, and almost finished all the edge highlights. I have spent long long long amounts of time just staring and thinking how to try make one little area better lol so yeah its not a quick process for me, maybe in future i will learn to do things quicker with training and experience. So yeah they don't really look any thing like they did in other pictures so here's a update for you all, you can see i left one rhino for testing my "ware" abilitys, but its not finished at all, the "rust" needs to be finished and just heaps of stuff. And also i am doing the 2 stages of highlights for all my troops aswell, so can post them when finished, but yeah i am taking it slow because i think so much about what will work etc, but as i say future experience will make this change.

Also that red fade is just a little test, i first did it on windows "paint" over a picture, and thought faded red there would look cool so yeah thats my first attempt ever at that sort of thing llol. I will keep it there though, but only for that one tank i think.

also i have bought 2 hell drakes but i wont even open the box's until my current army is 100% done other wise id never finish.


EDIT - When i say iv done alot of the 1st stage highlights, im mainly referring to gold for the tanks, only some of the steel has been highlighted

repeating my self - I bought most of this stuff pre owned, stripped it and sanded alot of areas, painted most base colors wrong, stripped all 2nd time, finally primed them all correctly and after a long time of thinking and redoing areas they are how you see now in picture lol. - edit ( two out of the 7 tanks were brand new quality and unpainted when i bought.)


Also honestly that rhino with all the "ware" is not complete at all, but yeah first time trying ware n stuff.

And still debating what to do on some things so yeh every things incomplete.

Oh and alot of the Spikes on the top of tanks need to be reglued.
