Subject: Ballmonsters are back! - from Precinct Omega
Originally, these were in the rules, but they took up 50% of the rules on their own, and I'm keen for Ballmonsters to be a "gateway" game for people new to miniatures gaming and decided to drop them.
But I do plan expansions, being mainly new balls and teams with their own special rules, so I won't role out an "advanced" rules expansion that brings back terrain.
You should do a random sac of balls with a slight discount, or maybe a bonus ball thrown in. Have a full team in each one so your ready to play as soon as you pull out your sac . Maybe even a full game sack with both teams in a sac because playing with your sac should be a team sport. Custom sacs could also be available with smooth finish or fuzzy finishes, because options are always good .
“You can grab a sac, you can grab a friend a sac, but you shouldn’t grab your friends sac “

@ChargerIIC - I bought the intellectual property rights to Ballmonsters a few months ago, because Chris at Macrocosm wanted to focus on his Bonefields fantasy skirmish game.
I'm developing Ballmonsters into a fully fledged miniatures game and will be expanding the range as sales grow.
Also, I managed to fail to include a picture in the last post. Let's see if I can get it right, this time:
Automatically Appended Next Post: Some people were asking for a bit of guidance on the core rules, so I threw together a video. I'm not very good at this and can't afford professional help (or for filming videos!), so bear with me:

Name those balls! You can win a full set of six Halloween Balls for Ballmonsters! just by naming the three un-named balls in the picture. The best three names win a set of balls each.
The competition closes at midnight (UK time) on 23rd March, so don't hang about! If you want to have your say, check out the Precinct Omega Facebook page or find precinctomega on Instagram.
Klink, Schultz and Burkhalter because the first looks like a monocale the second looks like he knows nothing NOTHING and the last looks oblivious.

I know not everyone is a fan of Zuckerberg and his creations, so I'll include posts on this forum in my reckoning. Still, if you *do* track me down on social media, I would still appreciate the likes and shares because, y'know, one-man business and all that.
Ball Bits are conversion parts you can use to upgrade and mutate your balls into new and interesting shapes. Rules for these upgrades will be released in due course.
Horny bits:
The Horny Bits pack comes with eleven random horns of various sizes.
Clingy Bits
The Clingy Bits pack contains a single pair of mutant arms.
Peepy Bits
The Peepy Bits pack contains 10 random eyes on stalks.
Runny Bits
The Runny Bits pack contains a single pair of legs suitable for a Ballmonster.
The Hallowe'en Balls competition is closed to new entries, now. I'll be announcing winners later today. The balls will be up for a limited release in the next week or so.

Automatically Appended Next Post: Announcement Time! Ball 1 is now "Roadkill" (courtest of Soul Samurai, here on DakkaDakka), Ball 2 is now "Pigsy" and Ball 3 is "Chatter". Dan Scarfe named both Pigsy and Chatter, so the third set of balls will go to the person who made the most amusing suggestion, even though I didn't pick them. And that was... "apocrypha_now" on #Instagram with "Myxamatosis", "Gurnsome McGill" and "Bollockotron 5000". Thank you, everyone who took part and, if you didn't win, you can still buy Ballmonsters from http://precinctomega.co.uk. The Hallowe'en Balls will be up for limited release very soon!

I've been in a major painting funk for, like, six months. First things I've painted in that entire time. It's great to get back on the horse, but now I have a business to run!
