You don't have to allow anything. Fastrolling attacks is allowed, regardless of the other person's consent. The other parts of the attack sequence aren't (I believe), but to-hit rolls are. In other words: "Your compliance is not a factor".

Really, the best argument that's come up is BCB's one that you still have to track the order of the attacks. Unfortunately, unless the targeted unit is destroyed, you still have to resolve all attacks which hit a target, even if the attacker is "destroyed" by his own attacks.
Unfortunately, keeping track of one's order of attack at the same unit isn't RAW.

Unfortunately, the first two sentences of fast rolling rule states that:
1. You recognize hat the rules are written assuming that attacks will be made one at a time.
2. You want to speed up the game.

Unfortunately, "It doesn't tell me I can't fast roll OC plasma, after all it has the same S, AP, D and are all tatgetting the same target" is not a valid justification for ignoring the first two sentences of the rule. (and the third)

Unfortunately, breaking a rule isn't disallowed as per 40k RAW.

Be careful when paraphrasing and applying intent. Here's the part your actually refering to, for the record:

The rules for resolving attacks have been written assuming you will make the one at a time.

However, it is possible to speed up your battles by rolling the dice for similar attacks together.

So, if I fast roll the plasma weapons in my squad which rule, exactly, have I broken? Is it the part where I'm speeding up my battles by rolling similar attacks together? Or the part that isn't an actual rule, but a clarification of the "normal" rules?

Also, before you answer, do me a solid and take a step back from the computer and get a breather. That whole post reeked of saltiness (4 instances of "unfortunately" in response to my one? Really?) and, honestly, if you're gonna get upset over people having a different opinion than yourself (one they can back up via the rules, no less), then maybe YMDC isn't the best place for ya.

This doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. Moving on.

If in doubt, discuss with your opponent.
