Hmm, let's see....

Painted up about 70 D&D figures in a 4 week span (all individual "people" npcs, so no mass assembly line painting like I'd do with goblins or even knights & such)
Spent the summer doing a bunch of commission painting (a lot of historical stuff)
Played around 40 games of Flames of War (WWII, assorted forces)
Played 7 great games of Team Yankee with a record of 6 wins,1 loss. (using Soviets, & not really optimized)
Played 3 games of Flames of War WWI.
Helped grow the shops AoS payer base by 2 payers (and likely a 3rd come Jan.)
Won the shops 1st Path to Glory AoS campaign (using Fyreslayers)
*In Black Seas I sunk the HMS Victory via a crit from the tiniest gunboat unit in the game. The Victory had taken all kinds of damage throughout the game. I sniped it at long range, did a few pts, but caused a crit that made it drift forward in it's next turn (player failed the check to recover) & the pride of the English fleet ran aground at speed on a reef marker - tearing out her remaining hull.

My year started off with a slow start, where I focused most of my efforts on a few display pieces and the core elements of my Nighthaunt for Adepticon. I painted up my Shadespire crew and a Lamenters army in the early summer, and then from the mid-late summer through until late Fall, I focused on completing my Nighthaunt collection. I spent the last few months of the year clearing through a few of my other armies: my Necrons, my Adeptus Titanicus force, and my BMG Bane Crew. Including the Display Boards I made for Age of Sigmar (4 joined boards for a team event over the summer), I finished the year completing 201 models. I know there's still 8 days left for the year, but I've resolved not to pick up a brush for the majority of this month to give myself a break, focusing purely on building and preparing my projects for 2020.

Not pictured are 3 Scarab swarms.

I posted in my main plog that my goals in 2019 were to paint ca. 4k worth of R&H, 2k of Aeldari, another 1.5k of Daemons AND a 6'x4' city board and I reckoned I could achieve this by being more consistent than I had been over 2018, when I painted 114 miniatures/2,200pts* and ten Escher.

What I actually managed in 2019 was

    Spoiler:
    Vindicare Assassin

    Eversor Assassin

    2 R&H Enforcers

    R&H Malefic Lord

    15 Militia

    Basilisk

    Herald on Seeker Chariot

    Hellflayer

for a grand total of 23 minis/690pts*. Oh, and two of the minis (170pts) aren't legal for the Faction I collect.

    Consistency!

    Also bashed out some terrain
    Spoiler:

    * as of Chapter Approved: 2018. Not a typo.

    - Got back into Warhammer after a 21 year absence!

    - Managed to get together 2000 points of Adeptus Mechanicus (though CA2019 just knocked it down to about 1925… I'll add another Sydonian dragoon)

    - Built Kill Teams of AdMech, Tyranids, Orkz, White Scars, Death Guard, Drukhari and Sororitas, though haven't yet gotten them all painted. (Also have the minis - and conversion bits - to build teams for Emperor's Children and Bork'an T'au, but haven't built them yet. Wanna ad Blood Angels, Imperial Guard, GSC and Daemonettes over the course of this year, for a total 13 teams - 5 Imperium, 5 Xenos, 3 Chaos - and thereby having a little bit of EVERY faction I like, and scratching all my itches! Also puts me in a great position to organize game days and campaigns, since I'll have a very wide variety of loaner teams).

    - Made a starter Delaque gang for Necromunda... but haven't gotten to play any games with them yet. :(

    - Got a very solid start on a Drukhari army… I think I'm already past 1000 points? (albeit not yet tactically viable by any stretch of the imagination. I don't even have any raiders yet!)

    - Also got a start on a Sororitas army, which will be my second big project for 2020.

    - Built up a whole bunch of Sector Mechanicus terrain.

    ***Bring back Battlefleet Gothic***

This year was my least productive year in a long time.

I painted up the 8 mini's from the new Battletech box, an old Alpha Strike box, 4 Star Trek Attack Wing size starships, 6 ships for Cruel Seas, 7 of the 8 explorers from the Blackstone Fortress set, and 3 of the 5 models from the Slaves to Darkness gang in the Warhammer Underworlds game.

Only game I've played this year is Blackstone Fortress, which has been fun.

Hopefully 2020 will see a few more models painted!

I just finished my Macedonian army for the battle of Charoneae. Just in time for the new year!

2 Pike Blocks, 1 Hypaspists unit, 1 Psiloi, and 1 Heavy Cavalry for a total of 5 units. This is 60 models.
