I'd say it's looking very unlikely before the end of April but who knows.

Not likely in the least. The death rate is still growing, though diminishing in its rate of growth. I think the date now is closer to the 1st June, though I think the government is downplaying marketing that number and is instead shifting to a "well we'll take it week by week" approach.

Furlough is done one a three-weekly basis, so there might be a few weeks time before the ball gets rolling again.

Confirmed today it's not happening. The government haven't confirmed anything yet. Good guy GW informing me that I'll still be stuck in isolation for the foreseeable.

yeah I figured as such given that the UK's been hit hard, apparently my jursidiction looks like they've flattened the curve but we'll have to see.
Just today the PM of Canada said this could, in one form or another, go on for over a YEAR

Total nightmare. I wish I'd been more organised when all of this kicked off. A lot of stuff is now out of stock everywhere, although there are plenty of scalpers on Amazon and eBay wanting way more than RRP
After a lot of Googling, I finally managed to find somewhere (in Germany!) that could ship me a Chaos Knight Desecrator at RRP. I also managed to find a single can of Leadbelcher spray at RRP in the UK. Thankfully I have just about enough of all the other paint I need, because common paints like Nuln Oil are basically unavailable now

So do I, in fact it's multiple armies (some are the other halves from boxes like Dark Imperium or Forgebane). But my big problem is paints. While I do have some reserve, I am missing some colours, especially those for the armies I haven't started building yet.

Which means you either pay higher than RPP, get very lucky or won't be painting those for couple months likely.
Paints is the annoying part. Those gets used up.

It turns out that Conquest magazine has come in handy for me, it’s given me a nice little stock of key paint colours as spares. I doubt I’ll ever have to buy Abaddon Black ever again.

Quick clarification: it’s 3 week minimum. After that it’s 24 hours even if it goes into the 4th, 10th, N- th week.

That's the right and proper response to a pandemic. You are a man of the times.
I've been doing the same thing. Man, I'm hoping they get some better rules out of all this.
