IA: 4 Anphelion Project had the info on the unit. FW made the wings kit.

SM have over 90 non-sub faction specific units. Necrons with their new units have like... 55.
When SM have more total datasheets then most 3 other armies combined it is A'okay for other factions to get a bunch of new units and totally justified when people bitch about SM.

because one faction get's new models all 2-3 editions the other basically permanently?
And the design space encroachment is an issue.

Really ? 
If, come 2022, Necrons have seen the same release schedule Marines saw (and frankly continue to see) over the last few years, while other armies lose units or simply languish in a deep disinvestment cycle, I will, as a Necron player, happily say this is silly and maybe we should have some releases for other armies now .... Why do you struggle so much with understanding the frustration w/the Marine release schedule? You know he wasn't complaining that a new codex got new units. Come on man ...
