40K universe is a vast place. Even with Imperial indoctrination it's members don't think alike. Some may see chaos wargear as more powerful than their chainsword and use it against their foes.
Using a demonic weapon often corrupts the soul of the wielder but the Space Wolves (Axe of Morgan and 13th Company) get only a pass at first glance because they have been cursed by the warp to share codex space with abominations like thunderwolves, Santa sled and werewolves.

Use the Berzerker models as Assault Intercessors and watch the World Eaters players (myself included) cry.

This^^

Zerkers as assault weenies all day long, with hellbrute as a dressy no trouble here.
Lost in the warp for a while… why not play as traitor marines using codex weenie rules?
If your opponent can’t keep things straight, keep your unit comp simple and straightforward, avoid the gimmicks, play to the theme. Could be a lot of fun… why not!

I think they look really cool. Can I have them in there? I won’t use their rules, just the modles? If so, can i use eldar too? I would design my own mini codex with standard rules, but with custom colors and designs, so the rules are all in one place. I would write my own mini stories that involve my own marines going to the eye of terror and getting stuck there, and they have to make alliance with eldar and use chaos armour after a big battle, and their normal armor is destroyed.

Can't speak for someone else, but in my experience people might play against that kind of army once just to be nice.

You'd probably struggle to find people to play after the first game though. Most folks are not into that level of lore-bending and will judge people who are unfavorably.

People won't be rude about it, they will just kinda not play more games with you.
