Fun idea. For Death Guard I'd have to say;

The blightening - always useful to throw a ton of low strength shots out. Add an arch contaminator putrifier nearby and it can deal serious damage.
Cloud of flies - almost essential for keeping my relatively squishy 10man squad of plague marines alive long enough to get into combat.
Haze of corruption - said plague marines have 2 flails and 2 cleavers, so this helps them sweep through hordes. Also satisfying to spike a D6 damage roll and kill 3 marines at once!
Belching fumes - useless in some match ups, a gift from nurgle himself in others. I run squad of 2 blighthaulers specifically to take advantage of it.
Disgusting force - as others have said, sorely needed by an army otherwise lacking in long range firepower.

As an interesting note, in theory I would have thought that Flash Outbreak would have been used every game, but I've found myself very rarely needing it.

Same here. Flash Outbreak is a super-interesting utility stratagem that you somehow never use.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

For orks, I’d say pick and mix a few from the new blood axes stuff plus orks is never beaten.
