Thanks for making this, I love it when YMDC denizens (looking at you Fezzik) make a complete asshat of themselves in their righteous conviction, only for GW to appear and absolutely clearly write out what was already clear in the first place.

Per new Balance Dataslate:

"Designers Note: Militarum Tempesuts units will benefit from this rule if they are included in an army alongside other Astra Militarum units but if they are from a Tempestus Scions regiment, they must all be from the same Tempestus Scions regiment in order to gain this rule."
