The thing with solo play is to keep it short enough to scratch the itch, and to not spend too long controlling the AI. For this I recommend Chaos Knights.

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

so i find myself not playing and more so just collecting these days.
i was wondering what folk do out there that love the hobby but have no gaming opportunities?

i'm trying to convince myself to start painting but then what... put them in boxes, display a few?

play with by myself

i cant be the only guy in this boat... what do others like myself do?

Never-played-a-single-game-hobbyist here.

I just focus on theorycrafting stories/themes for the armies I work on to give them the action/dynamics they should have..
I don't really mind not having played this game yet.. but what I do mind on my experience of being the only person in my town that even buys warhammer in the store that sells it to begin with is that I have noone to paint and talk about it with..

Although, maybe that will change with old world because yesterday I mentioned it to an old friend I visited and he himself once did away with warhammer because he dropped a box full of dark elves shattering alot of them (which demotivated him) and he didn't exactly seem uninterested..
Maybe there's a future.

Kind regards and good luck on finding other players, we all deserve them.
