Our new codex will be arrive very soon. There is a ton of things in the index which really need a full rework, and we will get a bunch of new detachments. On top of that, there is a chance of units outright disappearing again.

Assuming things roughly stay the same, I'm not too worried about EC. Everything they do is up and personal (read: in contagion range), and they struggle with durable units. Disgustingly Resilient outright neuters most of their melee units.

I have no idea how to stop Fulgrim though, but then again, he hasn't been released yet. Maybe Mortarion is done with moping in the backlines and act like a proper daemon primarch again soon.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

I suspect that my age old strategy of "Shoot the {poo} out of it" will suffice.

●Shoot him some at range if possible.
●Let him charge something, overwatch him. Laugh as he kills target & finds out he's (just) out of range to consolidate into anything else.
●If his target somehow survived? Fall back out of the way
●Shoot the poo out of him. Chuck in some grenades.
●Then charge him. Ideally with multiple units & at least 1 vehicle. Tank shock him.
●Stab him to death.

If he doesn't engage in melee? Great. Shoot him some more at range as opportunity presents.

This is how I kill Angron & other big melee beasties, so should work on this one.
