And even worse there are a hundred special rules that remove it for a trivial cost. No wonder it's ruins or nothing.

It's mostly dead now except for the 9 league players. Anyone who had inclination towards crusade or casual play has left for any other game system. The game store is now mostly Battletech, other skirmish games or a painting group. Only being 40K if its an arranged league game.
