Are you allowed to have 4 wolf guard in terminator amour and 1 hq in terminator amour to be allowed to replace the storm bolter with heavy flamer assault cannon or cyclone missile launcher?
Or does it have to be 5 wolf Guard?

I read that as 5 Wolf Guard in Terminator Armour.

The HQ is not part of that Unit under squad construction so is not relevant.

You need 5 wolfguard to choose 1 heavy weapon.
Only one has to wear termie-armor and only a model in termie armor may take the weapon.

So your HQ doesnt count.

5x WG = 1xoption
10xWG = 2xoption
models to choose one of the 3 weapons you mentioned must have TDA = 1-2 termies minimum.

The models with termiearmor/heavy weapon may be distributed as pack-leaders.

if you want an HQ in your wolf guard squad, may i reccomend Arjac Rockfist? he is a VERY powerful character for an add-on to a squad and i fully reccomend using him

Arjac isn't a HQ choice he is an upgrade to a wolf guard member but he is kickass bit expensive though
