Hi im working on my first Servitor, but i dont have the kit so im making one out of my friends ork! So here are my proposed rules for it:

Still Orky
Still Orky lets the enemy player (if he has orks) use his Weird Boyz, Meks, or Pain Boyz regain control of the Ork Servitor eitheir by mind control, reprograming or surgerey. Roll a D6 insted shooting and consult the chart.
1: The ork only gets one round out of the barrel before the Tech Marine regains control. Roll to wound only, the ork is right next to the enemy so it's going to hit.
2: Sames as above except 2 shots.
3: Ork charges at the enemy. The unit counts as being in close combat.
4: Ork EXPLODES! Small blast template over ork at S 6 AP 4
5: Same as above.
6: WAAGH! Ork has a super explosion, Large blast template at S 9 AP 2.
Note: Pain Boy must be in close combat to try to reprogram ork.

Why would anyone purchase a unit with the potential to drop S9, AP 2 pie on itself?

Don't get me wrong - the idea of a converted Ork servitor is nifty. Just...it's such a huge risk.

How about make the Ork Servitor a seperate unit, perhaps an elite, numbering from 1-5 men, with each model being independant and replace Still Orky's effect with this:

During the shooting phase, if not in a transport, roll a D6 for each Ork Servitor on the table, and consult the chart below:

1-3: Business as usual: the Ork Servitor acts normally

4: Orky Composure: the Ork Servitor does not shoot during the shooting phase, and charges the nearest enemy unit. If he cannot reach an enemy unit, he runs towards the nearest enemy unit instead.

5: Orky Temper: the Ork Servitor does not shoot during the shooting phase, and charges the nearest enemy unit. If he cannot reach an enemy unit, he runs towards the nearest enemy unit instead. In the assault phase, instead of attacking (even if he doesn't actually enter combat), he explodes. Place a small template centred on the Ork Servitor, hitting all models beneath it with an S6, AP4 blast. Remove the Ork Servitor from play.

6: WAAAGH!: The Ork Servitor gains the fleet USR for the player turn, and must run and charge towards the nearest enemy unit. If he cannot reach an enemy unit, he runs towards the nearest enemy unit instead. Instead of attacking normally, (even if he doesn't actually enter combat), he explodes. Place a large blast template centred on the Ork Servitor, hitting all models beneath it with an S9, AP2 blast. Remove the Ork Servitor from play.

good point... well it replaces mindlock... but i think ill change it to S 7
AP 3 and it can be only used by the weird boy. I like the pesons idea above so that will be used with a mek. also the mek/weird boy has to be in 24"

I still think the idea of an orky suicide bomb is the right kind of devious that the Inquisition is looking for.

Well You could use that for the witch hunters or demon hunters. Also For Mak and painboy reprograming a roll of 6 is the ork joins the nearest ork unit.

Is this for Space Marines then? From a fluff perspective, that's a big no-no. Marines hate Xenos. Even more than normal imperials.

I know, but my Marines did it to get back at the orks

Wrong.
Marines don't do that. To get back at the orks, they would kill every last one of them, then hump the bodies. Not make an ork servitor. That just goes to far.
