If taking belial or sammael. The wording is a bit unclear. Are deathwing terminators troop and elite choice? or troop or elite??? the same goes for the ravenwing choices

Does it say "count as" or "may be taken as"? There's a difference - n1 makes them all that sort, n2 you can put them in either slot.

it says if belial is in the army, deathwing terminator squads may be treated as a troop choice, as well as an elite choice

To my simple mind that means you can pick them as either slot - 3 elite and 6 troops maximum in a standard mission.

It even says they can be both!

Is this the same thing as taking Logan Grimnar in the C: SW and being allowed to take WG as a troop choice?

Logan Grimnar does not give yoau choice: WG ARE troops.

If they are both Troops and Elite then they could score - they fulfil a criteria for scoring.

Only the Troops ones can. The ones taken as Elites are Elites. The Ones as Troops are Troops.

Logans rule doesn't let you choose, Wolf Guard ALWAYS are Troops if he is in the army.
