There's not much for battle plans since every opponent is different but the generalities stay the same. I prefer small units and thus have to deal with a large amount of kill points. I'll take C&C and try out different suggestions from people to see how they work out.

Commander is on Anti-infantry duty. He is pure volume of fire and used for knocking a large amount of troops off an objective from around 18" away. He has a 24" effective range with JSJ. Helios Battle suits are for Anti-TEq, Anti-MC, and partially anti-tank if they are needed. Most likely these will be deepstriking aided by a reroll if needed from the pathfinders fish. Deathrains stay in the back and fire away trying to neutralize any transports that are around. Firewarriors provide a good number of shots when set up to defend objectives. The 30" range is nice as well. This will always be supported by a nearby devilfish from the pathfinders. Kroot can outflank, infiltrate, deny deepstrikers, and provide a speed bump depending on the overall layout of the battlefield. Pathfinders are general army wide support with their markerlights. Usual setup will be in cover on opposite sides of the field. Can deploy and take advantage of the scout more to get into a good firing position. Piranha is used for anti-movement (blocking tanks) and anti-tank. Broadsides set up in cover and take out tanks at long range. Secondary role is to take out MCs or other troublesome multi-wound models - SMS can be used to clean up infantry in later stages of the game or in night fighting when nothing else is in range. Hammerheads provide anti-infantry with burst cannons and pie plate the battlefield.

Wow. Way over done on the typing. There's no need to include Landing Gear on the HH and what type of unit a Crisis Suit is. We already know all that. I mean, do you see other lists as extravagantly made?
