Once there was a dwarf lord named Drakaz the Lizard Killer (didn't want to say slayer cause it would me he's a slayer), but he was not always called the Lizard Killer. This is his story.

It was just a regular, plain old day at Barak Varr, then suddenly a messenger came into the the great hall and said "There is a message for the lord of Barak Varr." The lord read the message out loud "To Mazkar, I need you to send an expedition to Lustria to find some rare items, I am going to trade some with the Empire Celestial College to get some very special family heirlooms for one of the other lords. From High King Thorgrim Grudgebearer." Drakaz was not lord at the time, but instead was a thane.

Days later, Mazkar, the lord at the time, was still trying to decide who would go to Lustria, all the people he asked had refused. Until one day Drakaz said to Mazkar "Send me. I may not be as high ranking as others but I'm better skilled at combat then them." Mazkar responded "Fine, if you want to die go to Lustria, and if you go, find three things that look rare and bring them to the boat and come back to Barak Varr." So Drakaz started gathering his clan to go to Lustria...

Well, what do you think? It's still a work in progress, but I'd thought I would post what I have so far.

Sounds like the start of a cool story. Maybe he should wave the promise of GOLD in front of their noses to get some volunteers for the expedition.
