I've been playing off and on again since about 1996, mostly off, due to the lack funds and opponents. Around 2005 I moved and got back into painting since I STILL didn't know anyone who played and have begun introducing other friends to the hobby. I'm still stuck in 3rd edition for nostalgic reasons and the fact that it was the last time every army had an updated codex. I have a 1500 pt Eldar, a 1000 pt Dark Eldar, and ~375 each points of Dark Angels, Chaos and Tyranids, with plans to gradually expand them all to 2000. I'm a fairly quiet poster, but I'm always up for a local game.
Edit: I also have a thing for rulebooks. any game, any book. I love 'em. I'm currently reading a 1st edition basic rulebook. My, how things have changed!
