GMI Games is hosting a 40K Team tourney Saturday June 19th @ 10.30 AM.

This will be a doubles tournament - each player is allowed up to 1000 points.

The force organization for the team is as follows:
Each player is allowed:
HQ: 1
Elite: 0-2
Troop: 1-4
Fast: 0-2
Heavy: 0-2

The team's combined force organization chart cannot have over the usual allowances for a force organization chart in the standard missions.

If a team member is playing Space Wolfs, he may take 1-2 HQ (this may break the rule above).

If a player is playing Daemons, the Heralds still count as 1/2 an HQ.

In general, nothing from your army will have an effect on your teammate's army. So your Sanguinary Priests cannot benefit your buddy's Blood Angels, and your Icons don't work for your buddy's units. The only exception to this is something that currently works on all models, friend or foe (Skarbrand, and some others).

A team's painting score will be the average of the two player scores.

A single score for sportsmanship and composition will be given to a team each round by their opposing team.

The entrance fee is a $20 buy-in per person. We will start playing at 11 so be there by 10:30 to talk some smack.

Independent Characters and other units that can join units cannot join your team member's units. Also, your units cannot embark into your team mate's transports. (I don't want to see terminators jumping out of a battle wagon, or Nobz out of a Land Raider)

If there are any questions just let me know.
